Description:General SummaryA location lead is a warehouse and field supervisor with a drive to make others around him better. This person is responsible for leading a location's success on and off the field. A location lead encourages a positive culture and is responsible for increasing the teams' sales, customer satisfaction and morale on a day-to-day basis, while being conscious of the location's productivity. The goal of this position is to make sure that each location is running smoothly. Servant leadership is a must.ScheduleArrival time of between 6:30 and 7 AM40 hours per week, can be spread outEmergency Service neededDuties and ResponsibilitiesOFFICESet up morning roll call meetingsMeet with team members dailyMake sure all technicians are out by 8:30 amAnswer phone calls from technicians and aid with technical questionLead team of technicians/installers while maintaining positive moraleOnboard new employeesProvide with tabletClothingToolsPerform proper discipline protocol with the techniciansEx: poor truck maintenance, poor inventory, lateness, callbacks, problems found at callbacksOrganize employee get togethers to build positive culture and camaraderiePromote positive culture around officeHelp customers who visit showroomOrganize trash and metal pickupMeet with customers for showroom appointments when neededFIELDTechniciansHelp techs in field technicallyGo to repeat call backs, this is a call back that a tech went to 1 time before and did not fix issueReview service callbacks, provide preventative measuresAssist technicians and installers on job sitesMaintain and generate sales through service call and/or door estimates minimum, or installations of $15,000 per monthUtilization is the number one priority at all times. This can be accomplished by going to call backs, service jobs, door estimates.Reconcile payments from previous dayProcess checks and cashEmail report to accountingInstallersInstall when neededReview installs callbacks, provide preventative measuresAbility to complete difficult/high end installationsCallbacksWAREHOUSEReceive deliveries when neededUtilize forkliftPull inventoryMaintain truck inventory, as well as truck maintenance including inspections, registrations, oil changes, for teams' fleetResponsible for organization of truck registration, insurance, EZ passMonitor inventory, update through sheets (daily or every other day)Create inventory orders when neededUpdate graveyard doorsOrder office supplies when neededGo over installations with installers each dayMaintain building, general maintenanceASSIST MANAGEMENT INEmployee feedback: positive and negativeManage warehouseProvide tools that are not carried on daily basis to techniciansRequirements:Maintain clean driving recordMust be able to install and service garage doorsMust be able to perform moderate to heavy physical labor in all weather conditionsFlexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsThe above job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
