Director of Human Resources Consultant Opportunity! Our Client located in Fairfield, CT is in need of a Human Resources Consultant to join their organization as soon as May 6th! This will be a temporary assignment serving as a consultant and assisting with payroll processing, Talent Acquisition, and Employee relations. This is a Part-Time Position with a well respected organization and we have had great responses from the candidates we have placed there! The hours are 25-30 hours per week and with a specialized schedule during payroll cycle week. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. • Payroll processing for 125 employees and comfortable with international payroll processing
• Benefit enrollment for medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA
• Talent Acquisition and employee onboarding including deliverance of offer letters, employees agreements, compliance, and onboarding compliance
• Employee relations and working with legal team
• Involved in succession planning, improvement plans, and terminations
• Company Announcements
• Special Projects as needed this could include auditing I9's, automate expense program, answering questions about submitting claims with Paylocity
• Coordinating with CFO as needed for anything Finance Related Preferred Skills
  • At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist but open to 20+ years
  • Paylocity a strong plus!
  • Heavier Payroll processing than other HR duties
  • Financial Services background is a strong plus
