Overview:Venture Solar is seeking entry-level -Field -Solar Consultants. -Candidates should have a student mentality, -a strong work ethic, and -a great attitude. -No experience is necessarily required as the solar industry is relatively new. -Venture Solar -offers paid training & recent grads are welcome to apply!You will be responsible for:

• Professionally prospecting homeowners for -interest in solar
• Qualifying roofs for solar projects
• Gathering the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution
• Set appointments with homeowners -to answer any outstanding customer questions
• Confidently provide focused customer service
• Canvass neighborhoods and work around active installationsWhat you'll bring:
  • Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently and remain productiveCompensation:
    • $100/per day plus commission (OTE $75,000-$100,000 after commissions)
    • Commission is based on homeowners simply meeting with Venture, not based on sales.Benefits:
