Compensation: $115,300 - $176,500 yearly Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them through the home-buying or selling process. Collaborate with experienced agents to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention. Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers. Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients, while maintaining professional relationships. Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice. Utilize company-provided tools and resources to manage client relationships and track progress efficiently. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate practices and regulations. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
