Recruitment Solutions, a global leader in staffing solutions is
currently seeking a Business Development Manager/ Sales Executive
to help promote the growth of our Long Island Branch. Position is
hybrid, with an office in Hauppauge, but offering a flexible work
schedule. We are seeking candidates who either have staffing
industry experience or relative field and has a desire to learn
about recruiting services. Qualifications 1 years of work
experience in a pipeline generation role as an SDR or Account
Executive Proficient in cold calling, providing solutions, growing
accounts, reviewing metrics and delivering presentations
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, go getter, displays
relentless competitiveness in a fast-pace, rewarding environment
Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Sales Force,
Outreach, Sales Navigator etc.) Goal-oriented, has ownership,
curiosity Not afraid of a cold call Excellent interpersonal and
team management skills Benefits Compensation: $66,500-$75,000 Plus
monthly commissions Benefits: Benefit offerings for full-time

calendar year Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, you will play
a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying
and capitalizing on new business opportunities You will be
responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships,
understanding their needs and promoting our services to mee those
needs effectively Identify and target potential clients through
market research, prospecting and lead generation Develop a
comprehensive understanding of our services and how they address
client challenges Generate new business leads and opportunities
through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other appropriate
channels Meeting with prospects and clients virtually and in person
Negotiating contracts and selling our staffing solutions Develop
and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales
targets Present our services to potential clients, addressing their
inquiries and objections professionally Use a mixture of outbound
calling, emailing, and marketing campaign follow up to organize
meetings between prospective customers and the LHH sales team
Accurately qualify new prospective customer accounts, based upon
established criteria Responsible for selling staffing solutions to
prospective clients in need of Finance/Accounting and/or Office
professionals for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire
assistance Effectively create daily call plan or action plan to
help accomplish activity expectations Maintain accurate and current
profiles in Bullhorn on all current and targeted potential clients
Participate in daily information sharing with Branch management and
staff to ensure account maintenance and maximum revenue development
Manage territory effectively; maintain current competitor/ market
knowledge Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year Search
