Job Description:
Benefits salary is based on experience and book of business
commission structure is basically 3% of gross sales paid monthly
Benefits, medical (4 different tiers), 3 Weeks PTO after one year,
prorated the first year. 401K starts after 1000 hours of work, paid
Holidays on site and on the road combo. lumber industry experience
with book of business in northern NJ. What you will be doing:
Generate new business Develop strong customer relationships Conduct
sales presentations to promote the company’s products and services
Provide excellent customer service Address inquiries and identify
tailored solutions for customer needs Experience you will need:
Experience with Sales Presentations and New Business Development
Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills Self-motivation and organizational
skills Knowledge of building supply products or related industry
experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
locally for client visits Lumber industry experience book of
business (Northern NJ)
