The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both
commercial and residential real estate transactions , with specific
experience navigating New York City real estate processes and

Description Prepare and review documents for residential and
commercial real estate closings , including contracts of sale, loan
documents, and closing statements Coordinate all aspects of real
estate transactions from inception to closing Conduct and review
title and lien searches , surveys, and UCC filings Manage due
diligence, including zoning and property searches Coordinate with
attorneys, lenders, brokers, title companies, and other parties
involved in the transaction Draft closing checklists and ensure all
pre-closing requirements are met Handle post-closing documentation
and filings, including recording of documents and preparing closing
binders Maintain organized case files and monitor key transaction
dates and deadlines Provide general administrative support related
to real estate transactions Profile Minimum 3-5 years of experience
as a real estate paralegal in New York City , with hands-on
experience in both residential and commercial transactions Strong
working knowledge of NYC real estate practices , contracts, and
closing procedures Experience handling title, survey, and loan
documentation Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant
legal or real estate software Bachelor's degree or Paralegal
