Job Description:
Inventory & Amazon Planning Manager Location: Jersey City, NJ (4
days in office) Salary: $100K – $120K base We are seeking a highly
analytical and self-sufficient Inventory & Amazon Planning Manager
to support a rapidly growing apparel business expanding its
presence on Amazon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
data-driven environment, can operate independently, and is excited
to help scale a business from $13–15M today to $40M over the next
few years. Key Responsibilities: Own inventory planning and
forecasting across Amazon and wholesale channels Manage buying and
allocation decisions within the apparel category Analyze sales
trends, inventory levels, and demand to optimize stock and minimize
risk Support Amazon operations, including product listings and
merchandising setup Build and maintain detailed reports using Excel
and other tools to drive decision-making Partner cross-functionally
to ensure smooth execution across supply chain and sales What We’re
Looking For: Highly analytical mindset with strong comfort in
numbers and data Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills Ability to
learn quickly and pick up new systems with ease Self-starter who
can take direction and run without constant oversight Strong
problem-solving skills with a focus on execution (not
over-analysis) Experience in inventory planning, merchandising, or
Amazon is a plus This is a great opportunity to join a
